Ludo didn’t arrive in one rollout. It grew across a decade of event payments, radio, and operations.
2014
Tomorrowland
Sendrato Australia visits Tomorrowland in Belgium and engages with sub-gigahertz radio specialists at Dexels. The following year, in 2015, Sendrato Australia introduces Australian payment startup Next Payments and ships one of the first event point-of-sale systems running on Android and Verifone.2022
EventOS
Sendrato Australia begins building EventOS with Tom Brackley, then rolls it out at Sydney Royal Easter Show. EventOS ships some of the earliest, and some of the largest, tap-to-pay deployments on Android and iOS via Stripe.Today
Ludo
EventOS grew into Ludo: a year-round VenueOS. Three products. EventOS, LudoPOS, and Pavilion. Running at shows, festivals, venues, and stadiums across Australia and the United States.
What Sendrato Australia builds
Three products, one platform. Ludo is the cashless events platform Sendrato Australia builds for Australian shows, festivals, venues, and stadiums.
Where Ludo started
EventOS™
In 2022, Sendrato Australia began building EventOS with Tom Brackley, then evolved it alongside emerging payment technology. EventOS shipped some of the earliest, and some of the largest, tap-to-pay deployments on Android and iOS via Stripe. EventOS grew into Ludo: a year-round VenueOS for venues running it day in, day out, not just during the event.

LudoPOS™
Cashless terminals for vendor counters, with integrations into Adyen, Stripe, and Clover. Used at agricultural shows, festivals, venues, and stadiums.

Pavilion™
Every event has a great pavilion: the gathering place where people meet, eat, exchange, and remember. Pavilion is that pavilion in their pocket. Top-ups, wallet, ride credits, vendor maps, bookmarks, tickets. Branded per show, like FunPass™ at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
